Returns and Refund Policy
At Cinnamon Kingdom Exports, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you may initiate a return within three (3) days of receiving your order.
Policies for Returns:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
- Any signs of tampering, damage, or use may result in the rejection of the return request.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned product, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the above conditions. If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees and other associated costs are non-refundable. Shipping & Delivery
We offer convenient delivery options to ensure you receive your purchases promptly:
Free Delivery: Orders valued over LKR 5,000 are eligible for free delivery within a 3 km radius of our store.
Standard Delivery: Orders below LKR 5,000 or beyond the 3 km radius will incur a delivery fee, calculated based on distance and location.
Alternative Option: Customers may also choose to arrange their own delivery through PickMe Flash or any preferred courier service.
